At Alira.pk, we have a clear and consistent 7-day Return Policy. This period begins from the day you receive your product. Within these 7 days, you can initiate a return for any product you're not completely satisfied with.
To ensure your request is eligible for a return and subsequent refund or replacement, the product must meet the following criteria:

Processing Your Request
After you've submitted your return request, the product will be sent back to us. Upon receiving it, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Replacements:
If you've requested a replacement and the product meets all the conditions, the processing of your replacement will take 4 business days. We aim to get your new item to you as quickly as possible.
Refunds:
If you are seeking a refund, the process will take 14 business days once we've successfully inspected and approved the returned product. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used during the initial purchase.
